Our experience of working with Denna, to purchase our new house in Arizona.  I have nothing but praise to say about her!  Denna's professionalism would be second to none.  Any information we asked of her, she provided, when we telephoned - she answered or returned our calls promptly even though our cell service was less than desireable, she kept trying.  Every house we were interested in looking at,  she showed us. Denna was even the person who finally got us thru to the electric company when we were trying to get the account transferred/set up in our name. I also have to say that Denna goes beyond th call of uty when asked by her clients for personal help too...... she came to my rescue with suggestions, when I asked for recommendations on those important issues of "where does a person ot to get their hair and nails done?"

I don't know if we just got lucky, but I'm certainly glad we got Denna, and would recommend her and the company she's with to any of our friends tht would be interested in purchasing a home.

When I decided to purchase a home in Lake Havasu I looked at the local MLS listings. I found a home that I liked most that was listed by Keller Williams. I contacted them via email and within an hour I was contacted by Denna Ketchum.  She provided additional details about the home I was interested in as well as several additional properties. I made arrangements to fly down from Alaska the following week.  She set aside two days to spend with me and showed me 10 homes I liked the most. I wanted to commend two members of your team (Denna Ketchum and Shonda Foutz) for their professionalism and excellent customer service during the recent purchase of my new vacation home in Lake Havasu City.
 
I had never been to Lake Havasu before, when my best friend of 25 years purchased a second home there last August.  I began to visit and realized that I might be interested in doing the same.  That is how I met Denna and later Shonda after I had clicked onto your web site, not knowing what to expect.  Over several weekends (January-March) Denna and I looked at nearly 30+ homes.  Denna was generous with her time, knowledge and guidance.  I learned not only about homes in the area, but the overall Lake Havasu community as well.
 
In March, 2015, I fell in love with a home that Denna showed me at 4210 Sponson Drive, and as of April 10th I own it!
 
I have never been so impressed with a real estate agent (and I have purchased 7 homes in my lifetime) who was so informative, helpful, and genuinely caring about my home buying experience.  Combine that with a support staff (Shonda) who kept me in the loop every step of the way, and was always there to answer my (numerous) questions, and you have created a winning combination in your field.
 
The best way I can describe this, is my friend who had purchased his home before me and went along with Denna and myself to explore the more than 30 homes said, "I wish that I had found Denna as my agent, mine just got the sale, and I never heard from her again.  She didn't even return my phone calls!"
